A three-year, $89.9 million renovation of Kinnick Stadium at the University of Iowa was designed to provide more comfort for fans. The ambitious project included wider aisles and benches, more restrooms, more concession stands, more premium seats – and almost 80 EQ Series Touch-Free Faucets.

Project Highlights:

  • Existing general admission seating bowl in north end zone was replaced with upper and lower general admission seating bowls, two concourses, and a premium club level.
  • A 42% increase in concourse width in the north end zone – from 24’ to 34’ in width, with dedicated concourse for upper-level seating.
  • An open view toward the playing field was added to the street level main concourse. Open decks at the ends of the upper concourse provide views to the field. Both concourses have additional concession and restroom facilities.

The Kinnick Stadium Project resulted in an increase to restroom facilities by 146%, with a 200% increase in women’s facilities. Chicago Faucets is proud to have our EQ Series Touch-Free Faucets included in the restrooms of this project.
